For those with reduced mobility requiring ground floor facilities we are able to provide various level access solutions which include conversions of existing garages and outbuildings through to the construction of a new extension.

We have experience in undertaking new building projects providing ground floor bedroom and shower room facilities and have completed a number of such projects for Local Authorities, Home Improvements Agencies and private clients.

We are able to undertake all aspects of a project from the submission of Building Regulation approvals, ground and drainage works through to the installation and completion of a shower room, incorporating the final finishes to an exceptionally high standard.
